The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.
Provides Management of Information Systems (MIS) and support to 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line of Defence assurance for Case Management Systems (CMS) management.
Prepare, update and maintain, including trend analysis, all SC MIS for the Army including returns for Mo D and the Armed Forces Commissioner (AFC).

Oversee assurance and compliance of Army SC Sec processes in line with legislation to ensure complaints are recorded and managed correctly on CMS.
3.
Train, manage and mentor the SA MIS and Assurance.
4.
Identify and report CMS change requirements, manage user acceptance testing and delivery as an Army SC SME, acting as a facilitator with PIIAC.
5.
Produce, assure and analyse CMS reports to answer external requests for data, PQs, FOIs and Mo D, and internal queries across the Army.
6.
Write and maintain external MIS guides for analysing CMS reports and instructions for the production of internal statistics and the AFC annual report.
7.
Assist in briefing the chain of command and career courses in the correct SC processes and the My Complaint app, producing presentations as required.
8.
Standing member of the AFC Service Complaints Statistics Working Group and contributor to the AFC statistics work plan.
