A vacancy has arisen for a Warrant Officer People Ops to serve as WO JSAU at MOD Corsham on Full Time Reserve Service (Home Commitment), with an initial proposed start date of 4 Jan 27 or earlier/later subject to candidate status.
Responsibilities include:
Support OC JSAU in the management and delivery of all MOD Corsham Unit HR outputs; including HR Assurance and quarterly management checks, managing issues and identifying areas for improvement.
Act as UWO, delivering primary PS output in line with sS policy and joint-service management systems such as WISMIS, PAPMIS & VRMS.
As Unit Recovery Officer, support and manage SP in the resilience margin and provide advice on PRD, FMB, ERB, and Med Discharge processes to affected personnel.
Responsible for the coordination and delivery of the monthly SPSC, case conferences, and external welfare / safeguarding meetings.
Provide advice and case management for CM engagement, PT, Unit Assistance, Med Geo, WTM and DWR exemptions.
Act as Secretary for Unit Health, Performance, and Wellbeing Committee and routine sS Unit CMCR, as appropriate.
Act as Expense Authorise 3 for T&S and advances up to £10k. Hold authority to authorise occurrences which affect a Service person’s pay and allowances, including advances of pay and EPICs.
Manage the Casualty Support plan for MOD Corsham, ensuring CNO/CVO/EO initial activation, briefings and personal support.
