| 1. Coordinate UAS capability and force development activity including support to G3/G5/G7, doctrine and concepts and collate cross-branch capability risks. 2. Support to UAS capability management and force development; maintaining links with external stakeholders. 3. Support to UAS force development and business change management, with input into the UAS CUBs/ Steering Groups and CIWGs on behalf of COS and the DComd UAS Gp. 4. Provide SME input to UAS Gp planning activity, ABC screening, doctrine, policy, experimentation, and trials. 5. Contribute to Field Army Force Optimisation lines of development specific to sUAS. 6. Support the professional development of FDev/Capability Optimisation branch staff. 7. Support UAS assurance, accounting and maintain close linkages with the Snr Ops |
