Conduct regular checks on policy pages i.e. AGAI, ABN, DINs (at least fortnightly) and stay alert to policy. Complete Workforce returns in accordance with routine requirement.

Monitor and report G1 and medical data impacting on Deployability monthly using relevant IMS. Plan and record TRIM trg across the Gps. Act as Gps focal point for G1 and Welfare related cases.

Routinely monitor unit activity ensuring adherence with DP requirements. Prepare the monthly HQ CMCR and Quarterly Wellness and Health Committee.

Monitor and record Service Leavers across the Gps (inc NTT, CDT, Discharges etc) iso Retention measures. Lead the planning and coordination of G1 events, tasks and training in accordance with chain of command requirements.

Monitor and update all Gp HQ mandates ITR/Med stats.
