- Liaise with Defence Cells, PJHQ, MRTC, DPHC, Dir Reserves, HQ Army & APC on mobilisation/Res Gen; incl planning & wargaming events & visits.
- Plan and manage land-focused augmentation and mobilisation to meet operational demands.
- Provide timely situational awareness on Army Reserve issues to Defence Cells and HQ Army.
