Position Role: Planning and Project Officer for RHQ The RLC.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on revision and publication of Corps Policies (e.g. Corps Instructions, Corps Briefing Notes).
  • Plan and deliver Corps wide events and functions as directed e.g. cross-briefs, conferences etc.
  • Act as the Local Security Officer (LSO) and Data Protection Advisor for RHQ The RLC.
  • Line manager for the Business Support Manager.
  • Manage and organise senior officer visits (1* and above) to RHQ The RLC, as required.
  • Act as the Business Continuity Manager, MoDnet Authorised Demander and iHub Manager.
  • Lead on the revision and management of Job Specifications acting as the Unit Army Talent Management System Coordinator (UAC).
  • Provide OF3 oversight to the RLC Corps of Drums.

Domestic Considerations: Hybrid working, combining time spent in the office with working from home, is an option.
