Role: Lead for coordination and support of AGC (SPS) Reserve.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and cohere the CRHQ SPS Reserve pool activity, identifying priorities for the employment of SPS Reserve resource, in response to workforce assistance requests.
- Lead the development of the SPS National and Regional Reserves, including Career Management Policy.
- Fulfil the Reporting Officer roles for SPS National Reserve personnel.
- Provide a communication channel between the SPS Reserve cohort, AGC HQ and Pers Admin Branch.
- In conjunction with AGC HQ and Pers Admin Br lead on recruitment of SPS Reserve officers.
- Army focal point for AGC (SPS) Reserve matters.
- Support the Corps Col and HQ AGC in the HQβs role in times of warfighting.
- This role will require more than the minimum number of RSDs. The incumbent will be required to complete up to 88 RSDs per year, dependent on budgetary constraints.
