| Unit Role: Task Force RAPSTONE is responsible for delivering transformative capability management change through rapid and novel project delivery, filling critical shortfalls in support of CGS's intent. Position Role: Lead the planning and coordination of through-life capability management activity across RAPSTONE, ensuring coherent sustainment and Programme of Record transition arrangements in support of Army operational priorities. Be prepared to lead rapid acquisition projects as required. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Through Life Management (TLM) activity for assigned RAPSTONE capabilities, ensuring equipment and systems are effectively planned, supported, and sustained from introduction to out-of-service (<3yrs). 2. Coordinate with NAD-G, Army capability sponsors, commercial and finance teams to ensure support solutions are coherent, deliverable, and represent value for money. 3. Contribute to approvals, assurance, and governance activity by providing TLM input to business cases, investment submissions, and senior decision forums. 4. Manage transition activity into service, including supportability assessments, fielding coordination, and integration of sustainment arrangements. 5. Support RAPSTONE planning of annual capability delivery objectives in support of Pj ASKA and Operations. 6. Contribute to co-ordinating planning inputs across RAPSTONE and external stakeholders to inform future priorities, support decision-making and ensure alignment with Army strategic objectives. 7. Be prepared to support D RAPSTONE, DACOS Plans and SO1 Plans as required. |
