The predicted salary is between 29700 - 36300 £ per year.
Position Role. Up to 44 RSD. Attendance required on Wednesday evening training nights during university terms, circa 5 x weekends per year, and summer deployment.
1. Act as CSM for Rhine (Senior) Company.
2. Deliver creative training opportunities and activities by applying innovative thought process in line with the Army Undergraduate Leadership Development Program (AULDP).
3. Provide advice and guidance on the planning and delivery of unit military training to sub unit.
4. Enforcement of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and policies appertaining to training and/or
facilities.
5. Identify and mitigate risk at all levels of planning and delivery.
6. Communicate the values and ethos of the British Army.
