A vacancy has arisen for a OR9 WSOp (ISR) ACO or EW to serve as TOC WSOp TRAINER at RAF Lossiemouth on Additional Duties Commitment Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 01 October 2026.
- Conduct Maritime familiarisation, Mission Planning and MD MSS training for all new TOC Personnel and Reservists.
- Training will be adjusted dependent on experience and the intended role of individual.
- Assist Flt Cdr Training in the management and arrival of all new staff assigned to the TOC.
- Delivery of initial training to personnel assigned to the TOC.
- Carry out Standardisation checks on all TOC Mission Planning personnel on an annual basis.
- Carry out refresher training as required to all TOC Mission Planning personnel.
- Work with TOC section leads to coordinate a continual review of methods and procedures to ensure best practices are identified and implemented.
- Assist the TOC Trg Team Lead and P-8A System Manager in the assessment and progressing of all TOC generated Software Change Requests.
