Responsibilities:
- Ensure all soldiers receive appropriate career guidance and that all MPARs and JPA reports are completed on time.
- Assist the OC to ensure that all Sqn personnel receive the necessary trg and guidance to be able to pass their ITRs.
- Assist the OC and represent the Sqn on UHCs.
- Ensure the Sqn trg programme is produced and executed in order to support OC's intent.
- Ensure that pay records are checked and validated.
- Ensure that the CO's equipment care directive is followed.
- Ensure that the Values and Standards of the British Army are maintained.
