Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all soldiers receive appropriate career guidance and that all MPARs and JPA reports are completed on time.
  • Assist the OC to ensure that all Sqn personnel receive the necessary trg and guidance to be able to pass their ITRs.
  • Assist the OC and represent the Sqn on UHCs.
  • Ensure the Sqn trg programme is produced and executed in order to support OC's intent.
  • Ensure that pay records are checked and validated.
  • Ensure that the CO's equipment care directive is followed.
  • Ensure that the Values and Standards of the British Army are maintained.
