| Deliver specialised medical treatment at the point of wounding and in a pre-hospital environment. CMTs must be competent in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (PHEC), medical incident management, Primary Health Care (PHC), Force Health Protection (FHP) and Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC). Provision of primary and emergency care in the RAP or forward. In firm base CMTs will deliver PHC and FHP via Aldershot Combined Medical Practice (ACMP). CMTs are required to be physically robust to support Forward echelon sub-units as company medics, this would include living in field conditions alongside infanteers conducting RAS enabled operations. 1. Undertake, within limits of competency, medical and military tasks as part of 1IG RAP in order to contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the population at risk. 2. Reception, assessment and treatment of patients iaw CMT protocols and CGOs. 3. Assist in provision of medical training within 1 IG.4. Assist in maintenance and management of medical equipment within the RAP. 5. Be prepared to undertake Force Health Protection activities and duty CMT role at Aldershot Combined Medical Practice when required to support ACMP and for your ongoing Continuous Clinical Experience (CCE). 6. Maintain own professional development/continuing education. 7. Support innovation and experimentation in 1IG. 8. Undertake other tasks/responsibilities as instructed. |
