Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.

Position Role: Clerk

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the QM’s and RQMS’s clerk.
2. Provide clerical administrative support for the G4 functional grouping.
3. Write agendas and minutes / RODs for all G4 meetings.
4. Account for all accountable documents and ensure the Duty Officer carries out the monthly check.
5. Assist the MTWO with transport documentation.
6. Assist the Master Chef with catering documentation.
7. Provide clerical admin support on Training Weekends and ACT.
8. Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
