Domestic Considerations: Preferably live within a 50 mile radius of SO15 2DX. 44 RSDs per year (additional RSDs may be negotiable). Some weekend and overnight duty required.

Position Role: Chef / Driver

Responsibilities:

  • Provide catering support for all training activities.
  • Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events.
  • Assist with recruiting and nurturing potential chefs to fill positions within UOTC.
  • Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college.
  • Assist with trade training for all chefs. Ensure ITRs are completed.
  • Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety law.
  • Procure rations from local suppliers.
  • Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
