Responsibilities:
- Provide catering support for all training activities.
- Provide catering for Company dinner nights and Officers' Mess events.
- Assist with recruiting and nurturing potential chefs to fill positions within UOTC.
- Maintain a working relationship with the local catering college.
- Assist with trade training for all chefs. Ensure ITRs are completed.
- Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety law.
- Procure rations from local suppliers.
- Discharge additional responsibilities as directed by CoC.
