The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Responsibilities include directing and controlling the stores, property and buildings to enable the Sergeants’ Mess to function effectively, accountable to the Mess President.
Run the Sergeants Mess accounts and procedures and reporting in accordance with Mess regulations and Service Funds.
Provision and maintenance of Mess and Corps stores and property, carrying out musters as necessary and in accordance with Service Funds regulations.
Oversee the allocation of accommodation to visiting and permanent SNCOs and Mess guests, maintaining custody and control of all Mess Keys.
Act as Building Manager of the Sergeants Mess in accordance with Unit SHEF and SO.
Monitor the delivery of the Contract within the Mess to ensure all requirements are met, particularly the standard of catering and cleanliness.
Organise special functions as directed by the RSM, PMC, and Mess Committee, including acting as Master of Ceremonies for all formal functions.
Carry out additional tasks for, and in, the Mess at the discretion of the PMC. Deputise as the PMC if required.
