A vacancy has arisen for an RAF OF2 Pers (Trg) to serve as SO3 TDA HRI Defence SERE Training Organisation (DSTO), RAF St Mawgan on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 30 November 2026 or sooner/later depending on the candidate’s status.
The SO3 High Risk of Isolation is part of the SERE Training Design Authority (TDA) within the Robson Academy of Resilience (RAR). The post holder is responsible for the design of training that fulfils Training Requirements Authority (TRA)-directed requirements, ensuring compliance with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) and JSP 822. The role provides training design governance for all Defence SERE Training Organisation (DSTO) delivered courses assessed as high risk, including, but not limited to, SERE C, , and environmental training.
