| Position Role: 1. Command the RLS team within HQ 3 DRS Bde, providing leadership, direction, and management of personnel. 2. Serve as Quartermaster (QM) for HQ 3 DRS Bde, responsible for equipment accountability, stores management, asset governance and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. 3. Coordinate transport support and MT assurance for Brigade HQ activities, ensuring compliance with policy and the effective provision of transport services. 4. Lead and coordinate Brigade assurance activity, including preparation for, conduct of and responses to audits, inspections and staff checks. 5. Manage the Brigade assurance framework, including oversight of LEA, LSA&I, and other governance requirements to ensure policy compliance and continuous improvement. 6. Act as OC ROG when the Brigade Headquarters deploys, coordinating Rear Operations Group activities and ensuring continuity of support to the formation. |
