Desk lead for aviation strategy coherence, linking with JAC AH Adapt and AH Cts, and including engagement with Army HQ Strat Plans, Mil Strat, Mil Cap Plans, D Futures, FMC Cap, MAB, MOD.
2. Responsible to SO1 Strategy for development, staffing and delivery of JAC-centric strategy issues.
Lead for development and implementation of HQ JAC Organisation and structures development.

In partnership with JAC Comd Plans, inform the JAC aspects of the Defence Plan, Army Comd Plan and Army Operating Order, as required.
5.
Support JAC Plans through the Force Prep Screening and ABC process to produce a coherent JAC Plan.
6.
Support AH Cts for JAC engagement with MSHQ iot sp contingency (NEO/HADR) operations.
7.
Liaise with JAC Plans in order to inform the Capability Readiness Assessment Framework returns into MSHQ.
8.
Desk-level lead for UAS transition, Drone TF, and additional strategy activities.
9.
Deputise for JAC Strat SO1 and represent HQ JAC at relevant Army Reform and Strategic Change Working Group meetings, with voting authority.
