Position Role - Act as Pers Admin Br lead staff officer for the development and delivery of SPS training and pan-Army All Arms training that Pers Admin Br is the TRA for.
Responsibilities:
- Branch lead for the delivery of TRA responsibilities.
- Branch lead for future Mil Pers Admin training capability including eBCS on MODUS.
- Branch lead for the development and delivery of all training policies for Regulars, Reserves and Civilians Pers Admin staff.
- Branch lead for the development, production and maintenance of the SPS Branch Statement of Training Requirement (SOTR).
- Branch lead for ensuring DSAT compliance across all TRA courses.
- Contribute to Branch Whole Life Development (WLD) policy.
