| The role is to deliver infra, health and safety and security responsibilities in support of the delivery of all surface supply chain operations through the Sea Mounting Centre (SMC) Marchwood, ensuring the MPO is meeting operational requirements and adhering to the terms of the Concession. 1. Lead for all Army infrastructure requirements at the SMC Marchwood. 2. Act in support of the SO1 SMC as assurance of long-term plan for 17 Regt assets. 3. Coordinate all SMC FM activity between DIO and ABP and minimise effects to operational / contractual capability. 4. Provide SMC security assurance and coord security activity between local authority, ABP, 17 P&M and DCSp. 5. Reconcile KPIs in support of SO1 SMC assurance reports. 6. Coordinate SMC H&S activity, act as liasion between ABP and MoD. Maintain lessons learned log. 7. Governance team lead for all G1 & G4 activity. |
