Position Role: Ensure SJC is correctly structured to meet its future commitments including coherence between structure and workforce planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead for execution/delivery of endorsed organisational change, including all Change Portal requests.
- Lead for 2* Org coherence and 3* Org Battle rhythm, including management of the Org task tracker.
- Support SO2 Org Plans with 2* change submissions to the Army level 5-Ball approval board.
- Support SO2 Org Plans and SO1 Org in the implementation of change programmes.
- Lead for all RPAB submissions and ARRG/ADC/VeRR coherence across the Comd.
- BPT Work with Army HQ’s Strat Centre to align the Army’s Foundation with structural change and WF priorities.
- Deputies for SO2 Org Plans and SO1 Org as required.
