The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Principal staff officer to SO1 Ops, Service Complaints Secretariat Executive with responsibility for workforce, establishments, finance and outreach.

Coordination of staff effort on behalf of the SO1 Ops in the delivery of the Army Service Complaints process.
2 Management of Workforce & Establishment, incl advertising & recruiting of posts, amendment of Job Specs, onboarding & induction.

ATMS UAC for APSG.
3 Preparation and submission of Establishment and Finance Business Cases in support of WF and process development.
4 Manage budgets (c£6M p. a.), including oversight of Ve RR & contract funding lines to ensure compliance, working with APSG and BLB Finance.
5 Support the SC Sec and SO1 Ops through the ABC screening process, including the drafting of the ABC narrative and accompanying material.
6 Design, implement and manage the Share Point collaborative online working environment.
7 Manage and BPT deliver external training and outreach, including in person briefings as required.

Deputise for SO1 Ops as required.

8. Support and lead other tasks as required by SO1 Ops and SC Sec in accordance with business need.
