Position Role: Lead Staff Officer for MS matters across Regional Command
Responsibilities:
- Lead RC assurance of MS professional competence, technical skills and workforce data integrity.
2. Act as the GOC RC's principal adviser on MS matters.
3. Provide strategic MS guidance to subordinate HQs and external stakeholders.
4. Direct RC reporting assurance (SJARS/OJARS), OoM activity and APC reporting submissions.
5. Own RC Honours and Awards processes and associated screening activity.
6. Provide governance and secretariat support to RC MS boards and forums.
7. Champion ATMS and DJS implementation across RC as the recognised SME.
8. Deliver additional priorities and tasks as directed by COS/GOC RC.
