| Responsible to Comd Med for the functional delivery of optimised medical delivery and Healthcare Assurance and compliance across LF Tps (Core and Component Tps) and LWC. 1. Assurance lead in sp of Comd Med, coordinating advice, guidance and trg to units within AO. 2. Manage the delivery of 1st/2nd Lines of Defence Assurance across the AO, incl the planning and delivery of Unit advisory Visits and HAF IARs. 3. Coord and consolidate data and info for Healthcare Assurance Framework (HAF) reports for both Fmn HQ and subordinate Fmns/Units. 4. Coordinate the evaluation of Med Plans and staffing to SO1 Clin Ops and Comd Med for CMA evaluation and HRA. 5. Coordinate WARDEV within the Fmn, and promulgation of those lessons. 6. Action Significant Event Reports (SERs) adding Fmn direction. Provide routine support or input for all SERs raised through the OPCOM CoC. 7. Lead healthcare audit and quality improvement processes. 8. Attend healthcare governance and assurance working groups and meetings and compile and submit healthcare reports and returns. 9. Provide advice and basic training on healthcare governance to subordinate formations and units as required. 10. Conduct MS as allocated. |
