Drive digital transformation through automation, interfaces and AI to improve SLIM/JPA efficiency and data quality. 4. Develop/deliver MI and analytics capabilities, delivering actionable workforce insights via dashboards, AI tools and analyst community. 5. Act as principal adviser on JPA and workforce data, supporting organisational design and business improvement in conjunction with the SLIM team. |
