Unit role - Delivery of the Firm Base across the central England region including UK Operations.

Position Role - JMC Centre principal G1 Staff Officer responsible for the coordination and delivery of G1 Outputs on behalf of the DCOS.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination of G1 resources to meet HQ outputs on behalf of the DCOS.
  • Principal G1 policy and planning officer in support of the HQ and OPCOM Units within the AoR during UK Resilience Operations.
  • Lead on G1 Policy and case work.
  • Coordinate and assure Climate assessments within AoR.
  • Chair of Welfare working Groups and Health Committees.
  • Equality and Diversity: Staffing of policy, co-ordination of collective training, compilation and submission of R2.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant G1 MIS, quality assurance, compilation and submission of returns.
  • Secretary of the HQ Establishment Committee, HQ lead on Org and liability issues.
