The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

1. Input to the design and delivery of a regional, effects based Engagement Strategy focused on influencing the Main Target Audiences (MTAs).

2. Lead the intelligent preparation of the engagement environment (IPEE) for the SW AOR, providing insight to inform planning and decision making.

3. Co-ordinate and support assurance engagement activity across the SW to generate measurable effect in support of outputs.

4. Coherence lead for regional engagement stakeholders, synchronising activity across all engagement stakeholders.

5. Manage Digital Engagement activity across British Army South West channels, ensuring content aligns with regional priorities and the Army’s narrative.

6. Lead planning for Army Engagement Group (AEG) events, ensuring sequencing, resourcing, and integration with regional engagement effects.

7. Act as Deputy to the SO1 Engagement, representing the branch and providing leadership across engagement and wider regional activity when required.

8. Support wider JMC South West outputs, including UK Resilience training and operational activity, as directed.
