The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the new team that will launch Tri-Service selection. Cranwell and Westbury will be delivering assessments in parallel to achieve Defence’s needs. An element of training will take place at both locations. We require an individual who can demonstrate confident and reasoned decision making skills to continue the inflow of quality Officers into Defence. Position Role: Assessment of candidates’ suitability for officer training and execution of assessment events and exercises at Assessment Centre. Responsibilities 1.
