SO1 Workforce Plans Capability (Army Air Corps)(21998)

Full-Time No working from home possible
S
Domestic Considerations: FTRS(HC). AHQ supports Smarter Working and has, where appropriate, adopted a Hybrid working arrangement with a blend of workplace and distance working. All distance / Remote Working assumes a suitable ‘home’ environment, IT accessibility, Security, H&S and a work routine that supports effective output delivery. Discussion with Job Owner must take place before a Board or acceptance of a post’s working arrangements.
This post is considered suitable for Hybrid Working (a blend of workplace and distance working). This is a flexible and informal approach combining home, remote and office working where the incumbent regularly works a number of days in the office and the rest of the week at home. The Employer and Subject should consider the balance of distance and in place – and agree this in advance of the post assumption.
