| Domestic Considerations: This post may involve short deployments both within the UK and overseas to undertake Training DLoD activities. Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the Training Integration Group. 2. Lead and cohere the outputs of the Training Integration Group. 3. Lead assurance (2nd Line of Defence Assurance - LoDA) of governance and management processes for programmes in the Land Portfolio. 4. Ensure programmes in the Land Portfolio develop optimised, effective, and integrated training solutions. 5. Provide training policy direction and guidance in the design and delivery of the Future Force (ACP deliverable 2.3). 6. Provide training policy direction and guidance in the design and delivery of Future Soldier (ACP deliverable 2.2) and modernisation programmes. 7. Provide training SME activity to support transformation of future training (ACP deliverable 2.3.5). 8. Liaise with key stakeholders and wider as required to ensure a smooth transition into service for all programmes in the Land Portfolio |
