SO1 Special Projects Plans

Responsibilities;
1. Provide evidence-based advice to senior CSOC management regarding Special Project (SP) activity.
2. Provide SME advice to PJHQ, Joint Force Protection, the Special User community and NATO.
3. Lead all CSOC Urgent Capability Requirements.
4. Contribute to the Strategic Planning Cycle, Integrated Force Planning Cycle and Strategic Effects Cycle.
5. CSOC Plans lead for NATO Security Implementation Programme activity.
6. Manage SP stakeholder/relationships between CSOC, MSHQ, NAD, Navy, Land, Air and NATO
7. Provide Risk, Issue, Dependency and Assumptions management for all CSOC SP activity.
8. Maintain an overview of the financial baseline applicable to a 4-star command

Domestic Considerations:
Minimum 3 days in Northwood per week with frequent visits to the NAD, CSOC sub-units and NATO NSIP conferences. This will require <35 nights out of bed per annum
