Position Role: Lead development, integration and assurance of Defence C-UAS capability for Homeland Defence and protection of critical assets
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and delivery of C-UAS capability supporting Homeland Defence and Defence resilience.
- Own SJC C-UAS requirements, prioritising capability demand and identifying operational capability gaps.
- Coordinate C-UAS activity across Defence, Government, industry and capability sponsors.
- Assure integration of sensing, C2, intelligence and defeat systems into coherent operational capability.
- Lead trials, experimentation and validation activity to confirm capability against operational requirements.
- Advise Comd SJC on C-UAS readiness, risk, capability priorities and future investment decisions.
- Maintain governance, assurance, performance reporting and risk management for C-UAS delivery activity.
- Exploit lessons, intelligence and threat trends to continually improve C-UAS capability and employment.
