A vacancy has arisen for a SNCO People Operations to serve as SNCO HR at 605 sqn RAF Cosford on Full Time Reserve Service (Limited Commitment) Terms and Conditions of Service (TCoS), with an initial proposed start date of 04 January 2027, or earlier/later depending on candidate status.
Their primary duties will include:
- Ensure every aspect of the Sqn’s HR is fit for purpose, beyond reproach and satisfies all internal/external validation.
- Provide specialist knowledge, support and advice to relevant stakeholders on all matters relating to Sqn HR.
- Compile and submit all relevant reports and returns and monthly management checks.
- Line management responsibilities for JNCO HR.
- Sqn Equality and Diversity Inclusion Practitioner.
