Position Role: WTE post responsible for coordination of 2* Command level staff work with a focus to 3* HQ. Expediting and cohering activity pan-AITC staff and coordinating up to Army level.

Responsibilities:

  • Principal Staff Officer to COS AITC.
  • Principal SO2 providing focal point for all HQ coherence and organisational matters, working directly to COS AITC.
  • Projects as directed by COS AITC.
  • HQ RFI Manager, running 2* HQ Staff Activity Tracker, and cohering pan-AITC input to 3* HQ, Army HQ and ministerial correspondence.
  • Deputise for MA AITC as required.
  • Business Continuity and Security Focal Point.
  • Cohere all meetings, conferences, visits and presentations to 2* level and higher as required.
  • Synchronise, plan and execute staff activity to prepare GOC AITC and COS AITC for Defence and Army level boards as directed.
