Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop HQ HANNIBAL, HANNIBAL “The Enemy” and threat representation across collective training events.
- Promote DATE & supporting publications to UK Forces in collaboration with Trg & Doctrine Command (TRADOC) USA.
- POC for TRADOC LO activity.
- Manage and oversee HQ HANNIBAL personnel to ensure branch outputs are achieved.
- Develop HANNIBAL HQ Plans function including exercise environment and development.
- Manage development and delivery of UK Threat Tactics Course.
- Deputise for Comd HQ HANNIBAL when required.
