Position Role: Manage the AAC Training Development Team (TDT) in the development, design and evaluation of AAC Individual Training (ITrg).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the TDT in all aspects including command of military staff and line management of civilian staff.
- Task TDT staff iaw priorities directed by SO1 Trg, informed by training meetings; Training Observation Reports (TORs); Post Op Reports; ExVal and InVal data.
- Manage the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) compliant development of all AAC ITrg requirements.
- Manage the DSAT compliant design of all AAC Distributed Training.
- Support SO2 LDA in the planning and execution of External Validation of all AAC ITrg.
- Liaise with other staff in Trg and Pers Branch, and other agencies including JHC, AACen, Field Army, Civilian contractors and LWC to ensure coherence across development of AAC ITrg.
- Manage the Distributed Training system for the AAC, including the assurance of training delivery.
Domestic Considerations: Up to 2 days remote work per week will be possible, a presence in the office is required due to team leadership responsibilities.
