Manage all Defence Training Estate (DTE) outputs for LWC. Support delivery of optimisation projects within the LWC Estate.

  • Manage Defence Training Estate work within HQ LWC, working to DCOS LWC as Chairman of the DTE Working Group.
  • HQ LWC liaison to DIO RD OS&Trg, Industry Partner(s) and other Defence Stakeholders.
  • Support delivery of DTE strategy work for HQ LWC in line with DTE SB direction.
  • Assist SO1 Optimisation with development and delivery of the LWC generated Land Domain Estate Development Plan (LDEDP) in support of the Land Training System (LTS).
  • Deliver improved urban training infrastructure and increased complexity of terrain for Combined Arms Manoeuvre (CAM) across the DTE and in support of the LTS.
  • Liaise with Fd Army, Army HQ and DIO to identify changing capabilities, plans and policy to ensure any impact on the DTE is addressed.
  • Generate User Requirement Documents (URDs) for new Training Estate capabilities, and drive staff work to ensure delivery.
