In barracks, lead Log Sp team ensuring clear direction, guidance, and assistance in all Log Sp to all units within the Armd Bde. When deployed responsible to DCOS for all Logistic planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on Logistic matters across Bde leading a team of SMEs.
- Deploy as SO2 Log: act as lead Log planner within the Plans team directly responsible to the DCOS for all Log Sp planning matters.
- Coherence of Log planning into the wider CSS plan in support of the DCOS.
- Lead Log SME input into all Bde plans (homebase and operationally).
- Brief Comd/DCOS on Log matters and oversee coordination of AAE programming across the Bde.
- Co-ordination of, and career management for, the Bde G4 Log team.
- Liaise with Div and units on all G4 Log matters.
- Liaise with 4 Regt RLC as the affiliated 2nd line Logistics Unit and BSG.
