Training Delivery - SO2FTRS
Domestic Considerations: This is a FTRS(HC) role the incumbent must provide own accommodation.
- The RSA SME for all JBM training within the RSA, including Jt assets and capabilities.
- Deliver the BM FOT within resources and deliver BM training on all RSA courses as required by their individual CTPs.
- Oversee the development & input of BM into courses at RSA working closely with JERST & course OCs to ensure correct BM TTPs are taught iaw doctrine.
- Represent the RSA in all respects with the Navy, RAF, JHC, AWC, JW, 22Gp and other Air or Aviation instructional organisations.
- Liaise closely with PJHQ J3, and other appropriate agencies (National and Multinational) on current JBM practices.
- External speaker and lecturer to UK and Overseas training courses on JBM.
- Support training design and doctrine integration to 1, 3 and 9 DRS.
- Deliver training and support the development of professional military education initiatives within the RSA, including the Operational Planning Module.
