Position Role: The SO1 Plans is the direct link between CTG and 1 (UK) Div comd and fmns, planning and designing the collective training pathway.

Responsibilities:

  • SO1 lead for all G5 activity CTG, particular focus on the Land Training System and CTTP/ACTS.
  • HQ focal point for all contracted support to training.
  • HQ lead for transition to the Army Collective Training Service (ACTS) ensuring successful integration and delivery.
  • Principal oversight of the CTG 5-year collective training plan.
  • Line manager for SO2 Plans.
  • Deputise for COS CTG as required.
