Own optimisation and estate development activity across Land Warfare Centre, its Operating Groups and the Defence Training Estate.. 2.
Direct estate optimisation programmes in support of current and future Land Warfare Centre outputs. 3.
Shape estate development studies to support capability, training and estate planning. 4.
Sponsor infrastructure requirements and secure stakeholder endorsement for delivery. 5.
Collaborate with and assure industry-led studies and recommendations against Land Warfare Centre requirements. 6.
Drive infrastructure delivery with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and the Defence Estate Optimisation Plan to achieve agreed outcomes. 7.
Identify and exploit opportunities across infrastructure and estate programmes that benefit / impact the Land Warfare Centre. 8.
Brief Director Land Warfare and senior boards on optimisation priorities, risks, opportunities and progress.
