1. Ensure the delivery of the Defence LE TacCIS and Army ALDP MT as the TDA for both.
2. Liaise with Fd Army, Home Command, Army HQ and wider Def to ensure that trg innovation is exploited within LWC and to influence Defence trg policy.
3. Develop LWC Blended Learning Strategy ensuring trg is effective, efficient and meets the high expectations of trainees.
4. The professional head of the Learning and Development community and ETS officers across LWC.
5. Ensure course design capability is developed in line with policy and adopts industry’s best practices.
6. Provide LDA advice directly into Trade and Collective Trg in how we deliver future trg.
7. Support trg through development of LWC trainers and learning support specialists.
8. Guide Op Gps on trg governance, design, evaluation and the learning and development of LWC people.
