The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
1. Provide senior leadership and professional expertise in business change to support the implementation of the HQ Land SOF.
2. Construct, develop, own, and maintain the Business Change Strategy, Change Impact Assessments, and associated artefacts. Coordinate with Programme/Project Managers to ensure change requirements are integrated into programme plans.
3. Lead stakeholder mapping and engagement efforts across Army, MOD, and wider Defence partners. Ensure the change narrative is clearly articulated, consistent, and targeted for different audiences.
4. Support the development and refinement of the Land SOF organisational design, ensuring structures, roles, and processes are optimised. Lead change transition planning for the move from current to future operating models. Oversee training, readiness, and workforce adaptations required for new structures and capabilities to become fully operational.
5. Provide authoritative change expertise to HQ Land SOF governance boards and working groups. Develop and deliver reports, papers, and briefings for senior leaders, highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions. Ensure compliance with Defence and Army change frameworks, including P3M and Business Change guidance.
