Provide support to the Bty CoC.

Provide support to 3 DRS BCT and wider field Army as directed for operations and training.

Provide technical support and experience as appropriate to support Bty Mission.

Lead and mentor 100 Regt RA Staff Support Team on operations and training as required.

Provide guidance and support to develop junior ranks within the Bty to ensure all personnel under command reach their potential.

Deliver outputs to a high standard, in accordance with policy and doctrine.

Plan, deliver and assure training.
