Responsible for commanding the Defence CBRN School and leading its military and civilian workforce of c30 personnel, to deliver high-quality Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) training across Defence. Oversees the planning, development and delivery of land-focused CBRN training, including Generalist, Specialist and Medical courses, in accordance with Front Line Command requirements. Provides CBRN subject matter expertise to support capability development and doctrine production, contributes specialist advice to the DCBRNC Technical Support Group, and ensures compliance with the DCBRNC Training Quality Manual through effective training governance, instructor induction and professional development. Ability to lead School Instructors ensuring compliance with JSP 822, ACSO 3228 and relevant LWC SOIs. Arriving trained will provide significant advantage - can be conducted post-arrival if necessary.
