The OC RLS Commands the Real Life Support (RLS) cell for 12th Armd Bde providing administrative/ welfare and logistic support to the Bde HQ in barracks.

Main responsibilities are:
1. Command the RLS team of HQ 12 Armd Bde.
2. Primary role is as Quartermaster for HQ 12 Bde supervising all accounts and managing the Bde ET
3. Unit Welfare Officer for HQ 12 Armd Bde staff and dependents providing welfare support with additional responsibility for VRM, WISMIS, Unit Health Committee business and housing support.
4. MTO responsibilities for HQ 12 Bde.
5. Lead on all audits and inspections for HQ 12 Bde.
6. Act as OC ROG when the Bde HQ is deployed
