Responsibilities:
- Create or amend all Army endorsed Workforce Requirement (WR) on JPA, incorporating finance only organisations structure and positions.
- Ensure JPA Organisation hierarchies, workflow responsibilities and position actor roles are accurate.
- Ensure production work allocated is completed accurately and within a timeframe.
- Timely completion of all Quick Fixes.
- Ensure individual training requirements or deficiencies are raised as applicable.
- Post production audit to ensure all anomalies between SLIM and JPA data are resolved including follow up audits with units to ensure change has been delivered with planned IOC/FOC has been achieved.
- Perform Data Cleansing accurately and competently.
- Any other duties required as directed by the Production Manager, Team Leader or SO2 JPA.
