Fleet Manager for BCIP and tactical communications for the Army, resourcing operations, units held at readiness and training activity.

1. As part of the

Army Fleet Management Team, manage BCIP and tactical communications across the Field Army enabling operations and training. 2. Provide

Army input into the plan for fielding of tactical communications capability and associated spiral developments across the Army.

3. Provide

Army feedback into the development (by the 4* Army HQ) of future tactical communications capability and associated policy. 4.

Oversee the process by which BCIP equipment is accounted for, tracked, prioritised, maintained and distributed across the Army. 5.

Assist in facilitating multi-national communications interoperability at the tactical level. 6.

Provide Army input into evidence collection for ISP/CASP Holding to Account.

7. Attend Tac CIS AWG/CIWGs as the Army FM representative as required. 8. Prepare and deliver written briefs to OF5, 1* and 2* level.
