Responsibilities are:
1. Recruiting SME. Organise and support Regimental and Subunit level recruiting events.
2. Lead on planning and conducting Employer and Civil Engagement activities.
3. Unit "Diversity and Inclusive" Adviser.
4. Maintain unit DRS account ensuring all sponsorship requests are followed up and Face to Face interviews/reports are conducted in a timely and effective manner.
5. Conduct outreach activities within boundaries with a particular emphasis on reaching potential applicants as directed by the Unit Recruiting Directive.
6. Maintain recruiting media and marketing material and provide advice on the conduct of RG specific regional marketing campaigns.
7. Secure funding to support recruiting via the various funds available both within the Army and RFCA.
8. Various other tasking’s in support of recruiting and recruit training as designated by the Commanding Officer.
9. Lead and Manage RSUSO. 1RO for MS.
10. Act as Regimental Welfare Officer.
